That is basically true. The only time block groups will change between
Census counts, that I'm aware, is if a new county is added (which
happened in both Colorado and Virginia after the 2000 census). In these
cases, the geographic boundaries themselves didn't change, just the
first 3 c
Just wanted to make sure. US Blockgroup boundry files do not change but
every 10 years, Correct?
