Naz If you are interested in hotspots, you might try using CrimeStat. It can read and write to MapInfo and has a variety of hot spot techniques. Hint---I usually specify the output as a shape file rather than a mif file. I find it easier to open in MapInfo. Crimestat is available FREE at
