Peter, I can get Crystal to make a report from a MapInfo query or tab, but it appears no source manipulation within MapInfo is noticed by Crystal after the report is created. I had not tried writing to an Access file. That would be my usual choice for a report maker but my client does not have

Peter, I can get Verify Database to notice a change only when the table is a DBF that has not been opened through MapInfo. If I change the structure of my query, or of a TAB, or of a DBF opened with a TAB, Verify Database says "Database is up to date", and does not show my new fields. In the r
