Your solution could be to add more RAM to your computer or, if there is an
option to plot within the computer rather than directly to the plotter,
check that.

Hope this helps!

Subject: MI-L Can not print large plots with HP 500

Hey Listers,

Our group has just purchased a hp 500 plotter. We have several 38" x 60"
Mapinfo plots that will not print out with the plotter. It seems we can
print plots that a only 50" or less in length. Our current Operating systems
are nt sever 2000 over a network and windows XP standalone. I know from
expereince that win 98 and Mapinfo has no plotting length restrictions. My
question to the list, Is there solutions out there so that xp and nt server
2000 will print any length plot from MapInfo?
