Since I cannot open the file in MI403 (Mac) I cannot export the file. I did have the forethought to try changing the version # from 450 to 300. That got me a little further, but I continued to get error statements that MI couldn't read an indexed field. I suspect I'll hit a wall with the node li

In the past I have simply used a text editor (notepad) to edit the *.tab file and change the version number in there i.e. change the line !version 450 to !version 400 . This saves the exporting and importing. As Spencer points out this will not work if your new version has objects not allowed in
