I do not know if their maps are in a MapInfo format but an e-mail was sent out by
East View Cartographic (http://www.cartographic.com/specials.asp) touting their
extensive Indian Map Data collection. One of the "blurbs" stated that they recently
acquired India City Guide Maps which are claimed to be the most authoritative locally
produced city plan maps with all the major roads/avenues denoted or marked. BR,
