Our NT system doesn't grant us administrative rights and it helps to sit down
with your IT dept and agreeing to specifics of the user needs. I hope that I
understood your question correctly.

It is common for organisations to have multiple user accounts on a single PC
for a variety of reasons. Whether a user has administritive rights on that
PC is thoroughly academic in terms of his right to use the software. I work
