Community Cartography has bus/subway(line and station) file for fee, okay
data but they are not quite current (www.comcarto.com)
NY City Bytes of the Big Apple has street files

Zips - don't really know try GDT. Expensive, but probably good.

Have you tried the NY GIS Clearinghouse at http://www.nysgis.state.ny.us/
The data is free. Used it for some data on my thesis a while back. They
might have something for you.
