I have also had a look, and my sales reap has emailed me the product info.

It doesn't appear to include any mapping software.  All mapping and capture
software is listed as 'Optional Software'.
I doubt that the optional software would accept MapInfo tables.  So you will
have to persevere with MapX  Mobile.

You can now get 1GB CF cards, currently I use a 256MB with ESRI ArcPad and
that works fine.

I had a reasonable look but couldn't see anything saying whether Trimble 
was using MapX Mobile in these units (not that you said they were). 

Anyone know if MapInfo maps will be easy to import? I see mention of ESRI 
which doesn't look promising. If I could carry around 512MB of my MapInfo 
maps in one of these units I'll be first in line to buy it in June! :-)
