You'll have to add the table as a new layer for each time you want to use a
hotlink from a column:
In a workspace it looks like this:

With Hotlink_1
Parallel On Auto Off Overlap Off Duplicates On Offset 2

You'll have to edit the workspace manually after saving, I think. At least
my machine (with MI6.5) doesn't write the correct link.
