Global Mapper will take a tab file and convert to a GeoTIFF. It's a great
piece of software for $219.
Our new Transformer Extension for MapInfo Professional will embed directly in
the MapInfo Pro interface and take an image file referenced to a TAB and
reproject it and write it out as a GeoTIFF. Is that what you are looking for?
