Bob, The previous GeoMoose 2.4 included a Feature Editor capability based on Mapscript and PostGIS. The new GeoMoose v2.6 uses WFS-T with a compatible server (e.g. GeoServer, TinyOWS) for editing features (see http://www.geomoose.org/docs/vector_layers/geoserver_setup.html). Best Regards
