Is there a cluster algorithm library routine for PHP to replace the Google
Maps API geotag icon clustering? These are the aggregations of many points
into one point with the number of points on the circular icon.
Thanks!

Hello,
We need to place a mapping application in an area with limited and sometimes no
internet access.
Is there a convenient way to cache map tiles and/or city names for a region for
Quantum GIS for subsequent use in a stand alone (no network) mode?
Many thanks in advance!
