I have downloaded the tests46.zip file and have 2 questions:
1. Where do I unzip this file to? I'm running MS4W latest version)
2. Why is the downloadable version missing a lot of the demos listed on
the demo site ( http://maps.dnr.state.mn.us/mapserver_demos/tests46/ ) ?

I am currently playing around with MS4W on my home computer (installed
MS4W latest version plus the Itasca demo).
I need to upload that demo to a web host so I can point others to it so
they can see how it works.
The host is running Apache version1.3.39
(Unix).
