Like Fedora or RedHat Enterprise Linux?
If so, feel free to share your apache/httpd configuration set up
(Is it different from debian/ubuntu based distributions? I am not too sure)

Hello all,
On my virtualbox linuxmint machine I can view a shp file with MapServer
when the shp file is on filesystem.
When I put it into the database, the browser returns an error message
but ogrinfo program can read the database well.
See below

Hi Steve,
How to do it via Apache configuration? What is the syntax? Is it like this:

Nope, we can't over-write the path names.
Thanks for your helps.

Hi,
I made my own map using the Map Server and client with OpenLayers. At zoom out
levels, my Overview map becomes dark, however, the box in there is draggable.
But, how come it is dark? How to fix that? Root cause?
Sorry, I'm very new to the map space. So, pardon me for the questions.
I

Please pardon me for the almost-silly questions.

Driver: GTiff/GeoTIFF
Files: overview32.tif
Size is 16000, 3552
Coordinate System is:
GEOGCS["WGS 84",
DATUM["WGS_1984",
SPHEROID["WGS 84",6378137,2
that?
Anything I'm missing? Any idea?
I'm not using tile cache yet. But I think 2.5 minutes for world view is way
too slow. Something must be wrong.
If you know of any clues, let me know.
Thanks for your help.

Hi,
I have a bunch of CIB files (miliatry files, 5 meter resolution) that
display in OpenEV without any problem. But when my map sever tries to serve
those tiles, there is nothing showing. Blank in the display. I was able to
serve other files using the same tiling process...
Here is the Debug 5
f the bbox values crossing static tiles. so, that's VERY good.
Thanks a lot for your help.
