Folks, We are looking for an offline tool that can be purchased and run with no internet connectivity for converting .csv's into time animated presentations in Google Earth.
We have been using the web-based converter at the following address for the conversion of excel data into CSV. https://www.earthpoint.us/ExcelToKml.aspx This tool converts spreadsheets very effectively into a KML that can also model differing node sizes, colors, temporal data, etc. Does anyone know of a PC (not internet) based tool that can perform all of the above functionalities for csv to kml conversions?
