Sorry it isn't a problem of mapserver.
There is only a problem with permission of public schema.

I tried that but that did not do the trick.
I removed it from the HTML, but I keep it in the mapfile (as if I remove it
it does not work anymore).
So, what I am trying to do is showing my WMS filtered with the value
specified in the form.
From what I've read in the docs
(http://www.mapserver.org/
I have added flags [PT,GSA] to my RewriteRule and it works.
Great. Thank you very very much!
Pasquale.

Hmm,
You can't use that statement directly in sqlplus
You could use
SELECT OBJECTID_1,rownum, SHAPE FROM PSITDATA.COMUNI WHERE SDO_FILTER( SHAPE,
MDSYS.SDO_GEOMETRY(2003, :srid,
NULL,MDSYS.SDO_ELEM_INFO_ARRAY(1,1003,3),sdo_ordinate_array(minx, miny, maxx,
maxy) ),'querytype=window') = 'TRUE'
Thank you Michael,
I tried without version but with the same result.
