GetFeatureInfo? If the latter, consider having a try with
QUERY_LAYERS=layer1,layer2,layer3

Does it work for WFS getfeature request?
I tried it. It works fine for the WMS getMap request. But always not
responding for the getfeature request. (Mapserver.exe stop working, internal
500 error)
I'm assuming it doesn't support WFS service.
Also I'm wondering that
