I thought I could resolve the problem by setting
CONFIG "GDAL_PAM_ENABLED" "NO"
Unfortunately nothing changed.

I have Mapserver 7.2.1 and outputformat defined as

The WCS 2.0.1 GetCoverage request is sending the response as multipart. The
