good evenin recently i created a mapfile which shoul use a wms server to
display a map but oce that i run the url below in the browser:
*http://localhost/cgi-bin/mapserv?map=C:/ms4w/Apache/htdocs/wms.map&SERVICE=WMS&VERSION=1.1.1&REQUEST=GetMap&LAYERS=country_bounds&STYLES=&SRS=EPSG:4326&BBOX=-173.
