the ODF/LibreOffice adoption at the public administration of Rio
Grande do Sul State, Brazil. We call it 'ODF Guide' and our target
audience are project managers and the technical team of State

The idea of a migration guide has great timing now. We are less than 100
days from the end of XP. Businesses will face a choice.
