Sure. Go for it. I managed to get to the page for initiating the automated
telephone call to get a PIN number, but held off because I am at a layover in
Dallas on my way to SF.

Interesting thread and timely. I'm headed to SF (from DC) to attend the
Facebook Developer's Conference. There is a pre-conference workshop on Monday
for NGOs. I'll keep an eye out for any relevant bits of info.
