I don't think we're that far behind on recruitment - we have this whole list

What I'd like to do at the kick-off, or here on the mailing list, is discuss
not the list of what needs to be done but the bigger goal. The goal
Amanda McPherson said they'd like to have GNOME there and said they could
probably help out with travel expenses if necessary to make that happen.
