I believe that God created the universe and that the six days in the Bible may not be six days as we understand it So each of them were explicitly asked about the creation of the EARTH, and answered in relation to the creation of the UNIVERSE, of which the earth is but a tiny speck created some 10 billion years later!! :-) - Jeff
