Pavel, It happened to me as well with WinSCP. For some reason it is not updating the timestamp of the files correctly. The workaround I found was, after updating the file, I "touch" the file in WinSCP (Right Click selecting the file -> Custom Commands -> Touch). HTH, Vimal -Original M
