There is no problem with using direct specification to supply a vector
rhat, with different shift for each nodal voltage. Simply define N so that
r is the vector of bus voltages, then rhat can be the corresponding shifts.

I try to build the dynamic model of IEEE 39 bus in MatDyn, however,
everytime I run the simulation, it reports errors which say the Generator
