If the generator status is set to 0, is it guaranteed to have no output
from it at power flow?
I assume that it doesn't affect anything when the status is 0, but just
want to double check with experts.

I am having some issues with Matpower results structure while calling a DC
OPF. I disconnect one branch at a time (for loop) and solve for a couple of
