In my power program, i choseed Pbase as 1000W and Vbase as 220V as the rating
of the DG is 10KVA, 220VL-L. But when I decided to change the Pbase to 10KVA or
other base value since it can be choosen arbitrarily

Please I dont really understand what the message is driving at. I only posted
an island network with VISMA system in the forum for power flow analysis but
please i dont understand how your mail is connected to it, please can you
