I believe it makes sense to assume that the voltage magnitude does not update,
since it should stay at the setpoint of the corresponding generator.

In dose.m file, I find not only the angle of the reference bus, but also the
magnitude of it is not revised when doing the Newton iterations.
While I think the "nonref" in the dVm should be removed, so that noly the angle
of the refercence bus is fixed.
