Hi again Aaron,
Trying to repeat the same alignments I have already done, I found a new error:

Dear Aaron,
I made an alignment of 15 bacterial strains months ago and had no problem until
now.
I reopened it yesterday... and try again today a few times, and the found the
problem that annotations are not loaded, so alignment is basically useless for
my purposes.
It's happened to me few times
Dear Aaron,
Here I copi the lines correspondent to a new exited error while starting an
alignment of bacterial genomes.
Thank you in advance for the tip to solve it.

Dear Aaron,
Sorry for constantly bothering you.

downloaded from ncbi. Not a big work, only 5 genomes ob about 4Mb maximum.
After successfully aligned the 5 of them and a subset of 3... I wanted to align
only 2 of them and an e

Dear Aaron,
Thank you for your quick reply.
I simply downloaded the new version v2.4.0 and it seems to work properly. I
lunched yesterday an alignment of 16 bacterial g
enomes, about 3Gb each, and is still working... so is great. I think now the
only limitation is the RAM memory as I use my p

Dear Aaron,
I've been using Mauve for long time to align and visualize bacterial genome.
I've recently updated my Mac system to MacOX Yosemite, and for the first time
tried to lunch MAUVE application (2.3.1 version). A message requiring me to
update and download the Java ES 6 module, that was re
Dear mauve-users support,
My knowledge in Bioinformatics are rather limited, but I was familiar
with MAUVE because I used it during my PhD a few years ago. I used to
perform progressive alignments of multiple drag genomes by using embl (.
