Problem with Logs Volume

Hi group..i am having problems with logs volumes since are corrupted and services do not start. Server hung up during adding an addtional log file 'cause it was at 100 % full. This a example of Windows event Event Type: Error Event Source: SAPDB:Dev Event Category: Fast Event ID: 181

Bad indexes

I had just made an uprgrade of my sapdb from 7.3.x to 7.4.x. When finished, restart is ok but I see a Warning Message of BAD INDEXES I try to recreate them but the following error appear.. E:\sapdb\programs\pgm\dbmcli.exe on sapdev : dev>sql_recreateindex ERR -24988,ERR_SQL: sql error -9000

backup sap db
