Set MAXCPU to the total number of processor cores you have, e.g. single
processor/single core MAXCPU=1, single processor/dual core MAXCPU=2, dual
processor/single core MAXCPU=2. Hyperthreading does not count as a core.

MAXCPU setting is set to the number of processing cores, e.g. dual processor=2,
dual core=2.
