Bad Computer Crash

We had a computer running SAPDB lose power while the database was 
running and we cannot get the database back into admin mode.  When doing 
the following command:

dbmcli -d...  -u...  db_admin

We get:

-24994, RTE_ERR: Runtime Environment Error
-2, Kernel start failed.
I'm guessing that the transaction log is in bad shape or some other file 
got stomped.

Any suggestions for getting the database back running?  I don't really 
need the data in the transaction log.
