Anything to do with joins/orders (especially tables with large text fields)
are calculated incorrectly by the query optimizer. I have already submitted
a dataset and schema to allow them to test on a real world situation so
hopefully this will yield positive results.

Does anyone have any experience in performance on the below MaxDB version:
 
MaxDB
Version: 7.5.00.11
OS: Win32
 
 
We transfered several large MS-SQL tables (average table contains 1Million
rows) to the above MaxDB database. Apparantly when creating a New table
based on joins with the large tables, the INSERT takes over 45 minutes.
While this same insert on MS-SQL takes less then 5 minutes. Auto-log
writting has been shut off. 
 
Is there a difference in performance as far as running maxdb on Win32 versus
a linux environment?
