if there is anyone running Total Commander on Windows, I wonder if you
know of a way to mimic that programs functionality when diffing
directories in mc?
Essentially, before diffing, you can choose between
recursive (sub-directories)
compare files by content
ignore date
After the diff
While looking through mail logs for something else, I found that the
menubar.gnome.org list server is listed in bl.spamcop.net :
http://www.spamcop.net/bl.shtml?209.132.176.177
Of course those who are using spamcop might not see this post. :)

just noticed something else,
i applied the patch to 4.6.1 at first, and I didnt have function keys or
mouse in Eterm, but all was fine in xterm.
I decided to download and apply the patch to 4.6.0, and now I have function
keys in Eterm, but no
