My mc:
GNU Midnight Commander 4.6.1
Virtual File System: tarfs, extfs, cpiofs, ftpfs, fish, smbfs
With builtin Editor
Using system-installed S-Lang library with terminfo database
With subshell support as default
With support for background operations
With mouse support on xterm and Linux console
Is anyone here interested in putting a sftp filesystem in mc for pay?
If so, please contact me off list.

Hi mc-devels,
I'd like to propose adding keyboard shortcuts for panel sorting.
FAR, Norton and Total Commanders use Ctrl-F3...Ctrl-F7 for that purpose.
Maybe it's ideal to have universal shortcut mechanism for menu items.
