saved Panelisation setup not reloaded?

I've made a very nice/important utility, which uses the panelizing facility. After I've 'entered' my new command & its prompt-text it runs nicely. But when I try to run it again in another VT, after: Options -> Save Setup my new entries are not there. Only the original/default entries are there
