I have a minor problem while using MC.
Especially in mcedit, I often use the Alt+p formatting keystroke. Often
enough it happens that I accidentally hit Alt+[ instead.
As a consequence, mc or mcedit are frozen for several seconds. It seems
to wait for further input?

though I'm using zsh per default, it seems that mc/mcedit is using
simple sh while interpreting scipts e.g. for the user menu
(~/.config/mc/mcedit/menu)
This gives me a bit trouble because I don't know how to do certain
things like string escaping..

When I am creating Symlinks in MC (using Ctrl-x s) i am spending quite
some time for replacing the absolute by the relative one and I was
wondering if it is possible to have the default path in the address line
to be the relative one.
Is there such an option or can it be implemented?
