-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE----- Hash: SHA1 I am trying to get my MC to view images & PDF's so that I can confine my work to the console. Shifting back and forth is a major waste of time. I found a neat program called FBI which views graphic files, and it comes with a wrapper for PDF's -- perfect, as that is most of what I need to look at.
Unfortunately, it doesn't work. When I tell it to view a file (fbi apamela.jpg) I get the following error: using "DejaVu Sans Mono-16", pixelsize=16.67 file=/usr/share/fonts/truetype/ttf-dejavu/DejaVuSansMono.ttf ioctl VT_GETSTATE: Invalid argument (not a linux console?) If MC isn't running, I get the image.
