subshell doesn't close on exit on cygwin

Hi, I am working on the 4.7.5.2 package for cygwin. The current cygwin package (4.6.1) is shipped with subshell disabled as on exit (Menu F10) the subshell remains open while mc close. The same happens on 4.7.5.2, to replicate: $ ps ax PIDPPIDPGID WINPID TTY UIDSTIME
