I have just installed mc 4.7.2. Bug with 'eternal' panels.ini still exists -
when panels.ini is missed, it will created at 1 byte-sized file and it cannot
update when I have change panel status, i.e. switch on/off 'user mini status'

In 4.7.0 when I press Ctrl-\, mc dumps core. FreeBSD 7.2-STABLE. Yes, in cat
it also dumps core, but in previous versions 4.6.x - it worked!
