Follow-up Comment #1, bug #2796 (project mc):
Anyone care to fix this ? I verified that the bugreport is still valid. If
this is not an issue and it is right to keep cons.saver in `pkglibdir' then
this bug entry should be closed.

Hi Pavel, all,
Would it be possible to setup bugzilla in such way that only logged in
users can submit posts? The current setup where anonymous people can
post make it very difficult to follow up on issues that were opened by
anonymous users.

Follow-up Comment #2, bug #11652 (project mc):
File can be downloaded from
http://prdownloads.sourceforge.net/qms-analog/qms-analog-0.4.1.tar.gz?download
Original file size is 127014 bytes.
I had no problem uploading this file (or any file for that matter) from a FC1
box with LANG=en_US.UTF-8
Follow-up Comment #2, bug #2796 (project mc):
I looked at this as well last week as well. Do we really need cons.saver in
/usr/libexec/mc?

Follow-up Comment #12, bug #7872 (project mc):
Roland, thanks for fixing the removal of @PERL@ and adding a few more
makefile interpreters in the file matches.
Could you please commit these fixes to PRE as well? As long as it is
uncertain from which branch we will eventually see a release I'd
Follow-up Comment #5, bug #2796 (project mc):
There is a similar issue with files being located in /usr/lib/mc instead of
in /etc. See http://bugzilla.redhat.com/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=2188 .

I see two issues with this patch:
- why do you not drop tabspaces?
- the beheviour of space...smth should be accorded to shell (no put
the command to the history), isn't it?

Dear listmembers,
recently I had an overful root fs that had been caused by mc. The reason for
this:
(my?) mc did not clean the directories /tmp/mc-USERNAME from waste. If I was
downloading significant amounts of data from a ftp-website or looking into
rpm-archives huge amounts of data are
