tip with the ~/.mc/ini file. Multiple definitions like:
pgup=\e[5^^ # ctrl-pgup
pgup=\e[5$ # shift-pgup
pgup=\e[^j # ctrl-shift-pgup
work. I thought they didn't because mc has overwritten my
~/.mc/ini
