mcedit bug

Hello. An old bug: $ mcedit nonexisting_file creates nonexisting_file without prompting at start, so when we mistype filename which we want to edit we pollute filesystem with empty unwanted files. But we should create a file only when SAVING it. -- Regards, Walery
