The 3 top areas of experience are: 1) Strong BA skills 2) digital channels/web-based product/services, mobile (smart phone, tablet) services experience 3) Banking/Financial Services experience. The job description is a good representation of the responsibilities and the required experience and skills *Position Overview* · Business Analyst for Digital Channels is responsible for detailed analysis, use case definition, requirements gathering, test planning and execution, process design, and professionally presenting findings (high-quality materials and presentation). · Conduct analysis on a suite of products and services that comprise the client’s digital channel. · Work with multiple project teams, front line producers, clients, technology, operations and vendors. *Responsibilities * · Develop a detailed end-to-end understanding of the applicable digital services offered by the client, and related technical and process infrastructure. · Includes the understanding and development of detailed use cases and documentation of client interactions and related system processes/ interfaces. · Includes working as an effective liaison between the business units, and operations and technology to ensure that client needs are addressed. · Complete high-quality analysis and detailed documentation to facilitate effective decision making and consistent project execution and delivery. · Provide business partners, vendors and projects with guidance and high quality documentation/ resources to better design, test, deliver and maintain Digital Channels’ products. · Document general and segment-specific use cases, requirements and associated communication materials for satisfied, target and gap functionality. · Work directly with developers and integration specialists to design, configure and test applications to ensure functionality is delivered as expected and as described in the business requirements. *Experience* · BA or BS degree required · 3+ years of business/ process analysis required, web-based services preferred, mobile (smart phone, tablet) services experience a plus · 3+ years of banking experience · 3+ years of experience of project management, business/ technology consulting, and/ or technology delivery strongly preferred · Experience analyzing and writing business & functional requirements · Analysis and documentation of operational workflows and system process flows · Experience developing complex use cases, designing wire frames · Detailed understanding of digital banking products and services (consumer and/or business online banking, mobile banking) · Strong business orientation with broad experience with banking processes, technology and change initiatives Regards *Mayank* 978-558-4666 x 103 *may...@teknavigators.com* <may...@teknavigators.com> *TekNavigators LLC* -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "MCMS" group.
