Job Title:- Data Analyst Location:- Omaha, NE Duration:- 10 Months Contract Rate:- $40/hr on C2C. Job Description: Technisource is seeking an experienced Data Analyst. You will manage and deliver conversion projects. Duties will include determining and documenting the conversion scope and plan; estimating effort, skills and resources; overseeing data mapping exercise, ensuring all queries are tracked and resolved; and overseeing overall design and architecture of conversion program suite and associated JCL. You will build re-usable code and procedures. Plan mocks and other client events. Ensure the quality of conversion suite including holding quality inspections. Create initial implementation plan ensuring the requirements of all stakeholders are met. Identify risks and issues, mange and escalate. Chair progress meetings and attend steering and governance meetings. Required Skills: Minimum of 5 years IT experience 3+ years of conversion experience preferred Outstanding project management experience and skills Ability to determine estimates of effort and impacts on a variety of solutions Excellent time management skills Confident meeting facilitator Ability to manage rapid change in a fast-paced environment Experience of working in a diverse and challenging environment Knowledge of Microsoft Windows, COBOL, Mainframe applications, IBM JCL, and TSO/TPX Knowledge of architecture/technology needs of the organization based on business priorities, strategies, goals, and economic viability Demonstrated analytical capabilities within both strategic and detailed forums Highly developed analytical and problem solving skills, and meticulous attention to detail including the ability to analyze data from different platforms in order to integrate the data Night and weekend shifts may be required during implementation and conversion projects Travel to client sites may be required Thanks Sriram Prakash - prak...@panzersolutions.com 203-983-9475 -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "MCMS" group.
