*Job Description * 1. Will lead Materials Management / Warehouse Management team on the project. 2. Will participate actively during blueprinting, gap analysis, mapping, design& testing 3. Gathers process redesign requirements; coordinates and participates in development activities and support the testing 4. Identify integration issues and offer solutions 5. Validation of functional specs for RICEFW items in MM / WM area 6. Will be responsible for recommending of inventory and warehouse management structure 7. Compile MM/WM configuration rationale document 8. Support and facilitate knowledge transfer to other project team members. *Job Requirement* 1. Bachelor's Degree 2. Excellent communication skills at all level both in a written and verbal manner. 3. Must have good Manufacturing industry experience. Working for an Automotive OEM customer is highly desirable 4. Minimum 5+ years’ of experience in SAP Warehouse Management (ECC based WM functionalities) 5. Must have strong experience in business, process design and SAP functional and configuration aspects related to Inventory & Warehouse management process 6. Strong configuration and design skills 7. Following specific skills in SAP – IM / WM are required in addition to the other functionalities in this area a. Warehouse Management structure, Inbound, Outbound and Cross dock processes b. Internal warehouse operations such as Put away, Picking, Packing and Shipping c. Bar code interface, RF Interface for Warehouse operations / Mobile data entry d. Serial number handling e. Handling unit management f. Integration with Vehicle Manager in SAP IS Auto g. Intercompany / Interplant stock transfers 8. Ability to translate detailed functional specifications into clearly documented technical specifications 9.
