* *Only GC and USC * * Roles and Responsibilities:* • Work with Architects, Business Analysts, Business teams and other stake holders on requirements analysis • Design solutions and write low level designs documents. • Diagnoses performance and non-performance issues, designs solutions, develops and implements. • Coordinate work with offshore teams. • Perform complex design, development and unit testing of the assigned modules and address defects identified. • Designs and executes system performance testing and software tuning in order to address application performance issues. • Has very high level of technical knowledge and is able to operate unsupervised across multiple environments and platforms. Required Skills • Minimum 8 years of experience in System Design and Development • Minimum 6 years of experience in developing scripts and modules using PERL on LINUX/UNIX • Minimum 3 years of experience with Oracle SQL • Strong hands-on experience building and testing complex SQL queries • Strong hands-on development experience in any billing or finance system. • Effective Communication and interpersonal skills. Preferred Skills: • Hands-on experience with Intec Single View or other billing products • Hands-on experience developing EPM code (in Single View) • Good understanding of Customer management, Charging, Rating and Billing modules.
