Interview:Phone then face to face



Manual Tester. Has to be an US Citizen. Position is in Downtown,
Indianapolis. *Mode of interview is either 2 phone interviews if coming
from out of state, but if in state, phone interview then face-to-face*. I
have included the full job description below. *MOST REQUIRED SKILL WILL BE
IVR!! *

  •         Identifying requirements of testing environments and areas that
require improvement
•         Executing automated test scripts and conducting root cause
analysis
•         Developing and implementing test strategies and tools, and
creating QA test procedures
•         Supporting test setup, analyzing defect metrics data and
attending defect calls
•         Testing behavior of IVR systems to assist callers and or
developers
•         Testing voice quality and voice recognition functionality of IVR
Systems
•         Handled tasks of testing voice channel content of individual
connections
•         Conducted tasks like testing functionalities of IVR systems and
preparing test scripts to support the testing process
•         Performed speech quality analysis and speech path verification
under the guidelines of senior IVR tester
•         Evaluated the quality of voice channel received in IVR systems
•         Provided support in voice channels and user-plane interfaces
•         Performed testing responsibilities of integrating network in IVR
systems as required



SUMMARY: Develops testing strategy and master test plan to support testing
objectives.

MAJOR JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Primary duties may include, but are
not limited to: Manages the relationship with peer in IT and business for
system(s) supported. Leads and coordinates all testing within a system
area. Plays a leadership role in the design, development, and
implementation of testing components. Defines appropriate testing methods
to employ to assure developed product conforms to requirements and design.
Reviews/Approves all project related test assets for completeness and
quality. Ensures all applicable SDLC and testing processes are followed.
Manages both onshore and offshore test execution resources for project
under test. Accountable for Test Data Management, collection of
requirements, evaluation of available data in repositories, ID gaps, and
owns test data provisioning tasks.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

Requires Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Systems;

minimum of 5 years of testing and product quality experience; or any
combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent
background.

Demonstrated ability to manage testing efforts for an application.

Quality Certification, such as CSTE, CSQA, CMST, CSQE preferred.
