They are 50% of the way done with this migration. This candidate will be responsible for assisting two resources on this team. One that is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the mobile devices (ensuring they are up and running, etc.), and one resource allocated to the service desk to resolve issues/ escalating tickets upwards. This candidate will be working specifically with the mobile team to handle day-to-day operations, as well as assisting with the server side. They will be using Airwatch to support the device by creating profiles and troubleshooting issues.
